WHAT IS AN EXPERT OPINION
The expert opinion is intended to give the Judge technical elements, which are beyond his knowledge, which allow him to understand what is the problem to be solved to obtain the truth in the case and thus be able to dictate the best possible sentence, usually requires the following types of opinion.
EXPERT OPINION ON LAND SURVEYING
Its purpose is to determine the correct location of the boundaries of a property, this type of study is required when there is a problem between neighbors to determine where one property ends and the other begins.
EXPERT OPINION FOR IDENTIFICATION OF PROPERTIES
Its purpose is to determine the identity of a property, that is, to determine that it is the correct property where some legal procedure will be carried out, due to the lack of the identity of a property, the Judgment is often lost or, in its absence, it cannot be relieved a diligence because you simply do not have the certainty of where the rustic property, the house or any property subject to litigation is located.
WHO CAN MAKE AN EXPERT OPINION IN LAND SURVEYING OR PROPERTY IDENTIFICATION?
In the State of Yucatan by Law, expert opinions can only be made by those persons who are officially registered in the list of land surveying experts of the Consejo de la Judicatura del Estado de Yucatán.
